The vaporizing tube is an essential component used in Vapalux lamps, responsible for converting liquid fuel into gas to supply the lamp for combustion. This tube is usually made of metal with a smooth surface, of moderate length, and features a threaded end for easy installation within the lamp’s combustion system. The needle part is used for cleaning the nozzle to ensure smooth fuel flow and prevent clogging. Inside the vaporizing tube, there are flow-directing elements to promote even heating and evaporation of the fuel, ensuring a stable gas conversion and producing a brighter light source.
